The company was founded by Marty Schwartz. After spending over 30 years in the consumer products, aviation, and marine safety industries, Marty was ready to assist companies who struggle to launch new products and meet quality and compliance standards.

Marty Schwartz has over 35 years of experience in the consumer products, aviation safety, marine safety industries. Most recently, Marty was Exec. VP of Safety and Compliance for UST Brands (Ultimate Survival Technologies). There, he was responsible for managing the regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs for items sold to Walmart, Target, Amazon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Academy Sports, and other "big box" and outdoor retailers. He was also part of the product development team providing engineering and technical support on a variety of innovative products.
Marty was previously VP of Engineering for Revere Supply Company where he oversaw all design and development activities on various recreational boating life saving products. These included the award winning, USCG approved ComfortMax inflatable PFD and the Compact Series of low cost liferafts. When he started with Revere, one of his first tasks was to set-up a full life jacket production facility in Jacksonville, Florida that would meet Underwriters Laboratories requirements. Later, he spearheaded the company’s efforts to outsource to China.
Early in his career, Marty was Director of Engineering for Eastern Aero Marine, the world’s leading manufacturer of FAA TSO approved inflatable life vests and liferafts for aviation industry. One of his favorite projects while at EAM was designing a survival kit that would eventually be installed on every new Boeing 747.
Marty has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
